M/Y BIJIN unveils her new look after a successful refit in La Seyne

After 7 months of intensive refit work at the La Seyne shipyard, the yacht Bijin has emerged transformed, with a bold exterior design and completely modernised interiors.

Here's a look back at a project carried out with rigour and passion by the Monaco Marine teams.

The refit of Bijin, a 50-metre Heesen yacht, has just ended, and the result lives up to the expectations of the owners and their crew. With 5 cabins, including an exceptional 61 sq. metre owners’ suite located in the bow, Bijin has just undergone a complete refit, from the hull to the cabins, not forgetting the carpets, curtains and sports equipment, everything has been rethought to give her a new lease of life.

As for the paintwork, the classic lines have given way to a more assertive style: From Oyster White to Mattherhorn white, Jet Black, and a touch of Sunfast Red that elegantly highlights the waterline. The paintwork, carried out according to a precise technical cycle, highlights the know-how of Monaco Marine's paint experts, already acclaimed on the M/Y Adventure project.

The interior has been completely revamped, with new carpets, curtains, furniture, modernised bathrooms, and a beach club transformed into a wellness area with teak and integrated sports equipment. Everything has been designed to combine comfort, elegance and functionality.

Present on board throughout the refit, the crew followed every stage of the transformation, which was carried out by Augustin Fabre, project manager at Monaco Marine.  He coordinated the many trades involved with his team while respecting the deadlines and the owners’ precise expectations.

The final result, which is as technical as it is elegant, has been enthusiastically received. Bijin is now ready to set out to sea again, more beautiful than ever and ready to welcome new customers for future adventures.

The yacht Bijin will be presented at the forthcoming Monaco Yacht Show, where you can see for yourself the exceptional refit work carried out by the Monaco Marine teams. Don't miss this opportunity to visit the yacht and appreciate our expertise and know-how
