Gender equality index 2026

In accordance with Decree no. 2019-15 of 8 January 2019, a gender equality index must be calculated and published annually in order to provide an overview of any pay gaps that may exist between female and male employees within the organisation.

Gender Equality Index (Women/Men) 2025: 77/100

Breakdown of indicators:

  • Pay gap between women and men: 27/40
  • Gap in individual salary increase rates: 35/35
  • Percentage of female employees receiving a raise after returning from maternity leave: 15/15
  • Number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the top 10 highest salaries: 0/10
